The global network of advertising agencies McCann Worldgroup has today announced the creation of a new position for talent management and the projection of Diversity and Inclusion as essential elements for the company's progress. The position, called Talent Management, will be occupied by Beltrán de Ocio, who has more than 20 years of work experience in the Human Resources sector. McCann seeks to exploit the management of its talent around a more inclusive future with greater creative capacity, thus making a difference in the process of attracting, retaining and building loyalty of human capital with respect to other companies. Previously, Beltrán had worked at GroupM as HR Director. Of his extensive career, it is also worth highlighting his work at PriceWaterhouseCoopers , as head of HR processes for the Consulting area, as well as his time at Santander UK in the same department.
Beltrán began his professional career at Accenture in 2000, shortly after graduating in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid.
